How natural are your soaps?
Our soaps are formulated using only natural ingredients. As can be seen from the ingredient lists, we also refrain from using any chemical additives.
Are your soaps hypoallergenic?
Yes, you can even use these soaps to clean small wounds without any discomfort.
Are your products vegan?
Absolutely! Our products are completely vegan and cruelty-free.
Why is your packaging minimal?
We are conscious of the environment, which is why we only use recyclable and compostable materials.
Why are there some cutting marks on your soaps?
Our soaps are manually sliced. This is what gives each of our soaps a unique look.
Why are there slight patterns inside your soaps?
This is totally normal; it occurs during the crafting process due to the saponification process and doesn't affect the quality of the product.
Why do some of your soaps feel a bit greasy?
Some products, like 'The Original,' have an 8% super-fat formula. Some of our products contain more oils, which is why our soaps are great natural moisturizers that help prevent skin dryness.
What do the numbers stamped on your soaps represent?
These numbers are purely for our internal use to track the quality of our products.
How about the fragrances you use?
Our soap formulas are crafted with 100% pure oils and are free of synthetic fragrances.
How do I use my natural deodorant?
It’s very simple! Gently push the bottom of the cardboard tube to bring the deodorant slightly above the edge before application. Apply a small amount to clean, dry underarms. If the deodorant feels a bit firm, hold it against your skin for a few seconds, your body heat will melt it instantly for a smooth and easy application.
How should I store my deodorant? (Watch out for high heat!)
Our deodorant is formulated with coconut oil, which is amazing for your skin but sensitive to temperature changes:
- Under normal conditions: Try to keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight (avoid leaving it near windows or radiators).
- In case of high heat (summer, heatwaves): Coconut oil melts at around 24°C (75°F), so your deodorant might become soft. Don't worry! Simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to help it regain its ideal texture. This will not affect its effectiveness at all.
